on Facebook they sell ‘empty’ bottles for several hundred to several thousand dollars in some group sites. You have to gain the trust of other members beforehand.

atltrader if you know someone who owns a package store they’ll know who their best customers are. Some would put the word out for you for a cut, some would try to lowball you. Be careful who you deal with.

Third party sites will lowball you and charge ridiculous shipping.
