I own just one revolver, and I've never really had a passion for them. I have lately found myself wanting a cowboy/western pistol, and I'd like to know if anybody makes one in 9mm. Does anyone know?

I was going to say Blackhawk too. Ruger makes a nice single action. Dad's got a Blackhawk in .45LC with the cylinder to shoot .45ACP too... awesome pistol.

Congrats on trying revolvers. They are an excellent choice for utterly reliable action every time. It's a different skill than the semi's but once you get the hang of it you might just outshoot your semi's.
Can't help with the 9mm choice, but there are a TON of 38 specials/357's , often quite reasonable.

If you are ever going to take up cowboy action shooting, or even think you might, I would consider .357. Then, you would not have to get another revolver. You would also not have to deal with the clips for the 9mm. Just something to think about.
