I prefer the 4" ish barrel or they get long! Team them up with Dobb's aluminum can, and the package is very light weight and quiet. The barrel wrench is almost a must have, really seats the adaptor. Pick up a firing pin as well, the originals are brittle after a bunch of rounds.

Most of the 1200 fps (HV) still stays quietish in the 4.5" barrels, got cracky on my 6" barrel model. Edit- The pistol will handle the HV stuff fine, but I would not shoot the stingers or anything hotter than 1270 fps out of that barrel.
