"What is the least you will take" is not an offer of money Mr. gr8fultoday as you just stated. I have bought and sold approx 30 homes and properties (so far), worked in new car dealerships for 17 years, was an ffl dealer for 8 years, have sold over 100 firearms private treaty and untold private cars and motorcycles. So I CAN speak from experience that when those words are uttered the speaker usually has no intention of completing a transaction. And for you to infer that I should stay in my mamas basement is just weird. It would seem to me that you are the person with issues.

I have been to 15 goat roping rodeos and 22 chicken neck ringing contest, but that didn't earn me any respect around here. My character did. Maybe you should try a different line of work, I hear that Delta is hiring seat fart removal specialist.

I dont think ive ever said that on here. But ive had a couple idiots message me when I put up my ar yesterday. I noticed they were really new to the site had like 5 posts totall. I mean super crap lowball. So low I almost said yea and meet and cussed them.out and take the negative feedback instead.

You're right, it is a question. A pretty valid one when your trying to make a quick, to the point deal.​

Then they should make a quick, to the point OFFER. On the other hand if a person asks what is the least you will take my answer is always more than what I would really take. Then a few will say "well how about "X" amount?" and I will reply no, that you asked what I would take and I replied. I am juust trying to enlighten people that if they went about the deal differently they might keep money in their pocket. You work your deals your way and I will work mine in my own fashion.
