Shooting FMJ after Lead Round Nose

could shooting FMJ's or semi jacketed rounds from a revolver after firing 100 or so Lead rounds without cleaning bore cause blowback in the shooters face?
 
No. It'll actually remove a small portion of the leading.
I'm going to respectfully disagree with you on this.

Yes, it could...and will. It can also exert more pressure in the barrel. The rifling fills up with lead and the jacketed bullet has a smaller bore than it otherwise would have...and less rifling to grab...so more pressure and less accuracy. This the reason that OEM Glock barrels come with the warning to not shoot lead bullets in them. Not to mention all the lead that's in the forcing cone that the jacketed bullets are smacking out.
 
Well, that's strange, I've never had an issue with it.
Neither have I, honestly. But in a revolver, where there's so much space for things to come out of both ends of the barrel, I can see where you could get blow back if you were pushing FMJ's down the pipe with a significant amount of leading going on already.
