if the government wants the age to drink be 21 then they should make the age to smoke,join the military, drink, drive, and vote to 21. what is needed its a better education system not lower or higher age limits

In our current political and economic climate I find it hard to believe someone can actually cast a truly informed vote before age 25. It may be slightly older or slightly younger for some, but 25 seems to be the age where personal responsibility has, or is being, realized.
