Should I be skeered of Florida used cars?

If the carfax looks good and the price is right is there any reason to stay away from a 4 year old Florida used car?
Just concerned about salt air and what it may do to the vehicle. I know it's not as severe as a Northern salt car but figured I would ask the ODT council for advice.

I'd be more concerned about it being a flood victim(hurricane).

Car fax won’t tell you about the salt drying out all the rubber parts underneath the car. I own a Florida used car that is about 10 years old and it’s fine but the rubber hoses and anything else I could do we’re changed.

That’s the kind of info I’m looking for. The car fax checks out, no accidents and service looks good. I’m eyeballing all the steel but really never considered the rubber. Thanks!
