this response made me laugh pretty hard. it's got a small grommet hole for one, how hard are those to install?

Bolt it down, get lights, fill it up, keep it locked, research what to do when that electronic lock fails.

So lights are a must, I need to do some sort of a plug kit to it, then a dehumidifier, and then something to organize my handguns, and then something to organize my magazines. Any ideas?

Op: good example of lights here. You can put a small power strip in the back and get a heat rod. Add lights when you can. The LED strips are really nice. Battery lights will just make you mad after a few months.
