SWFA Optics

Has anyone had any experience with SWFA optics? I just picked up a nice little long range pea shooter and it has a SWFA SS 10x42 piece of glass atop. I have no experience with this brand, but being newer to the long range sniper stuff, I didn't want to make a judgement without doing some research. Optimally I would love to get a NF optic, but if this is comparable and I don't have to spend any more dough, then I'll be happy to keep her on it. Thanks.

NOT EVEN CLOSE to a NF, but will it get the job done for less money. YEP sure will, its decent glass, but its not NF or US Optics, or S&B

It's not even close to being comparable with NightForce but it's very good kit. I've had several SWFA optics and mounts and they have all performed very well. In fact I prefer their single piece AR optic mount to Burris' PEPR.

Yes they are ... but made to SWFA specs .... just because one company makes an inexpensive line of product to one spec doesnt mean they cant make another line of product held to a different greater spec

It still makes me leery.

Thanks for your comments guys... I think I'll keep the glass and learn on it and then move up at a later time.
