The joys of trespassers.

In 1988, on Signal Mt., Tennessee, three atv riders were shot and killed while trespassing on private land. The land owner was found guilty about 10 years after the killings. He died in prison. The land owner was tired of all the trespassing and took the law into his own hands. The "leader" of the three on atvs had a history of trespassing in the area. Was it worth it? Being killed, or being the killer?

Maybe 150 years ago it would be acceptable but the American justice system has become too lenient on criminals and too harsh on good, honest, hardworking people.
So ...not not worth it unless the law wasn’t on your side.

If the law stated that trespassers could be shot then I’m sure most people would think really hard about trespassing but laws can’t protect people so if you’re gonna break the law by trespassing you better not be shocked when the property owner breaks the law and puts one right in someone’s thinker box.
