This year's gun bill...

The words if, and, or but do not follow "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” There is a period though.

Rights that can be regulated, can be regulated away. They must be inalienable or they cease to be rights and become mere privileges bestowed by the government, or taken away at any whim.

The Second Amendment IS the law. Nothing more needed.

Well the 2nd amendment hasn't been a right for a long time since it has been regulated for so long. Were the founding fathers that drafted the constitution part of government? My history is kind of rusty to be honest.

The Constitution does not grant the right, it only states that the right shall not be infringed. The language is not, "the People shall have the right..."

And I agree with you - there is a lot of unconstitutional regulation of the Second Amendment.

Why don't you brush up on history? You will see that in almost every instance that arms are regulated to the point of confiscation that the government eventually committed genocide in one way or another. All the regulation does is make it easier and easier for confiscation. When confiscation takes place, citizens become slaves, not citizens. Far fetched? I don't think so.

This government does genocide in little doses. It's called war.
