There was nothing wrong with a phone calls, but I like PM for most negotiations. It's just better to have it in writing..

It all is depending on what terms are set up front. The peeps I speak of don't want to set terms, they say I'll take it then don't reply when you do try to set up a time. It's frustrating. If there is a problem with time frame I'm all open to that. Just say so up front. When people lead you on is when I get torqued.

^ This, Communication is key and the mutual respect given as to both of your timelines should be put out there immediately. Farting around is not acceptable and I just lose interest when someone does the above stated. Put it out there in your negotiation and let them know what they are dealing with or stay off the ad!

I've lost a sale because I refused to conduct business via the phone.

PM's or we don't do business.

After a couple passes pm is just a pain in the

If someone is rude in their PM's I will then I will cease communication and bypass the deal entirely. However if they are polite in PM's and I want to do business a phone is needed before driving any distance.
