I tend to do all negotiations thru PM.
I confirm the sale and terms via PM
I set the meet and give my cell number via PM
I ask for the others cell and inform that I will call when I head their way.
I call when I head their way and have never had an issue with a NO show…(knock on wood)
I live in N. Ga so I tend to have to make a drive, i don't want to waste my time with a no show so I am extra cautious and most normally understand that. Plus I like the idea of having ALL the specifics on the ODT should an issue arise.
