Too Soon? Crime Down 10.6% in Denver Over Last Year Since Pot Legalized

Like anything else, through legislation. That or you could drive to Colorado and bypass the legislative part and just buy some "illegal" marijuana.

specifically.....how can you obtain the stamp tax? its spelled out pretty easily for the NFA itmes about what to do, how much to pay, what to register and with who

so how would one do that with marijauna?

i just cant believe someone would say that pot has never been illegal in the US

I can't believe people think the Government has the authority to deem grapes illegal.
Then again maybe just maybe they could use the commerce clause to prohibit the sale, transfer, purchase of grapes without a tax stamp? HHMMM?

and how do you obtain the tax stamp? thats the point

I find it hard to believe that someone who resorts to google as often as you do can't find that information...but since you asked:

yes, thats the procedure of how to do it now (as of this year), through the state.

since you brought it up that marijuana was never illegal to begin with, how would a person have gone about getting one before? i was stating that there was never a licensing procedure nor a way of paying a tax to the federal government to make pot legal.
