USPS - Anybody else having trouble?

Yes, for the last two years!!!
I have had a bunch of trouble sending and receiving three things through the US mail:
envelopes getting ripped open (by the machinery, they say).
Gift certificates gone missing,
checks delivered eight weeks after they were mailed
(for what should've been a three day trip)

Well I’ve finally gotten to the “in transit, your item is moving through the BS and is expected to be delivered some time after the world ends in a nuclear conflict”. After it seeing more of the United States than I ever will haha, it may still take another trip out west for one more sightseeing.
as promised today, it did not make it. checking history Palmetto was last sighting

Got it today . Surprised it was ok. Very thin aluminum sheets and they were not bent ! Mail lady said they got a lot of packages this morning at the Powder Springs Post Office .

The Palmetto place is probably just sending stuff out in batches, I don’t know
moved to 3/21/24 between 11:15 and 3:15pm.
Says my package from brownells is at my post office this evening! Only took 15 days. Got e-mail that truck payment is due and was mailed 14 days ago. Going to just pay truck off and not have to worry about it! Dang this mail sucks!
Well, tracking says left Palmetto arrived Atlanta, got to make it to Dunwoody, confidence is high…
