Any one taken any training from John Lovell's group? I see that they are offering some classes in GA and was curious of any good or bad feedback.

I’ve had 2 buddies take his pistol class and they said it was legit. Very informative
So I never have. I do know the main instructor Paul and he’s the real deal. He he’s tons and tons of experience in the real world.
My son is an MMA fighter and wound up in a training class with John. He was brought in to demonstrate adding weapons to a 'street fight'. 2nd hand information here, but according to my son, he's a very gifted fighter/shooter and an excellent teacher.
I met John and his wife at a local park. Cool peeps. Interested in taking a class as well. I like his content and that he’s big on not just “gun fu” but being a good father, husband, protector, in all aspects of life.
I've taken Rifle 1 and 2 from them. Good classes, low round count (called for 500, shot maybe 350) if you're needing to save some money on ammo. I took the one of the last rifle classes from John before he handed most of it off to Paul as he has become the chief instructor so John can focus more on building the brand/tours/etc. Paul is a good instructor though, and John will turn up from time to time. They teach at the Whitfield County Sheriff's Office shooting range close to Prater's Mill for those not close to Dalton, close to plenty of hotels and such.
I met John at James Yeager’s ceremony of life in Camden , John is the coolest person on the planet , most humble man I’ve ever met ! I asked him why he wasn’t carrying his gun,he smiled and said ,these are all my people !!. They got my back and boy is he right !! I have enough ammo stored away now to take a class from him soon!! Sorry for my rant but he’s worth it!!
