How was the recovery on that? Heard it was longer than Lasik...
It is a bit longer. There was more pain, but only for 2 or 3 days. I saw 20/20 the day after surgery, but you go blurry pretty quickly as the epithelial cells grow back over your cornea. It takes about a month or so for your eyelids to smooth the cells back down so you can see clearly. My surgeon likened the cells to a bug splatter on your windshield and the eyelids are wthe wipers.
