Armadillos are usually digging for grubs.

They like to dig right after a rain. Might get a shot at the little bastards.

(Don't use a shotgun with bird shot, they will just smile at you and run away. A 'dillo can take some battle damage.)

A catch alive trap and a couple of 2x6x10s making a funnel into the trap will yield you more armadillos than you can eat.

I popped a 'Dillo digging under my garage last Saturday. He took multiple hits from a Heritage Rough Rider and still ran under the porch.

Just point it in the direction of the closest road, they seem to do a fairly good job of getting run over. I have seen 2 of them laying side by side in the middle of the road, with another one maybe 5 feet further down the road.

Squirrels where digging up my yard gathering up the stuff they buried in the fall .. Crossman pellet rifle fixed that real quick

You make fun, but my 5th cousin had a friend who knew a guy who got killed in a confrontation with one. What made it more tragic is that he had already been through 2 sharknados the previous year. So sad.
