It's not a firearm. Anyone who talks about all or nothing, if your index finger has nothing to pull, problem solved, like a lot of places, the law abiding have been disarmed. Given the choice of armed government representatives taking you to jail or shooting you, 99% of, again, law abiding people are going to kneel down.

I didn't see any grandfathering clause in that bill. Only a 6-month sunset clause.
