whats your fail zero rifle?

Anything mechanical can fail so which rifle do you have the most faith in? Myself? My sa58 carbine but I've put over 1k rounds through my ak and my ar with no failures. Do you keep it simple or make it complex with lots of upgrades and addons? Do you have round counts between failures. This thread is for learning from each other.

For the amount of ammo that has went through my Ruger 10/22 I would call it one of the most dependable. My friend has one that he has had since the 90's and no telling how much ammo he has shot and still has yet to clean it. For as dirty as the bolt is I surprised it still even shoots.

I personally don't consider 1K rounds a lot, unless it was a rifle designed for hunting.

My stand up pistol would be a Gen 3, Glock 34. (Probably 5K down the pipe.)
My stand up rifle is a Colt LE6920.
I haven't had a problem with either of them, ever.

Like you said, everything can fail... I'd say it's more important to have spare parts and the knowledge to fix what breaks.

Good point. Malfunctions are not always a bad thing. You learn your rifle.

VZ 58 side folder. Ive got 1700 rounds down the pipe with three failures. Feeding it Wolf on all three.
