It's a 2011 SRT8 6-speed 392 HEMI in "Come Get Me Copper" also known as Toxic Orange. I had to get it to match my Dodge RAM Pickup.

The bottom one isn't much more metal than a motorcycle. it reminds me of a kit car I like called the Locost 7. It's DIY version of the old Lotus 7. The kits a pretty much wide open to individual tastes. I'd like to build one with some type of turbo diesel engine.

Saw these at the Caffeine and Octane show on Jekyll a little while ago. There were Ferraris, Bentleys and several Corvettes there. But the van and the VW Thing were the coolest things at the show.
