Who all uses an AR15 for hunting deer?

Who all uses an AR15 for hunting deer? This year I'll be using my 300blk out build. I was just wondering if anyone has ever had a problem before with hunting with an AR. Any jams?

Hunt Hogs all the time with AR in 300BLK. No problems for me but the hogs are a different story.

I shoot does with my ar-15 after I've killed bucks head shots only,don't want to be chasing a doe thru the woods.

I hunt deer and hogs with an AK (7.62) or AR (223). No issues with either. And I'm going to add a 6.8 to the mix.

Hunt with a 6.8 and 300blackout, have taken deer with both also hunt with ar 10 in 308

Shot a doe a couple of years ago with an AR in 5.56. Was hunting a thick spot, shot her from about 15 yards away, she dropped right where she was standing.

The AR platform is a great weapon especially the .300blk out the 223 is a little small in my view bc they don't expand but then again I know people who hunts with .22. But as long as you keep it oiled and test ammunition you will have no issues.
