when you do it right, there is no problem. I load 90grns of pyrodex select. Some folks load the "magnums" at 150 grains, but lets be real, that **** aint necessary by any stretch of the imagination.

I sight checked mine on Monday. I am ready to go. Best part is I start my vacation tomorrow and don't return back to work until October 28.

That's what happens when you have 250 hours of vacation banked. I work 12 hours shifts and the way my schedule is set up its only costing me 84 hours. So I am fortunate.
Gland to see so many on here do the traditional thing. I also have a Thompson .50 Hawken and love it.
I'll be in the stand I've seen deer from that I could have killed with a ML the only two times I've been on it this year. Odds are I won't see a thing. LOL!

When I saw the title to this thread I thought it might be a symbolic reference to a second war of "northern aggression" as I believe some people call it.
