Winchester Safe Electronic Keypad Failure

I have a TS-22 26 gun safe I got at tractor supply a couple years back. Recently the battery died on the SG electronic lock so I changed the battery out, and after working for a day now the keypad doesn't work at all. Everything beeps and lights up when inputting a new battery (I have tried several), but none of the keys work. I have taken it off the safe and unplugged and plugged back in and still have the same problem. I can't for the life of me find a model number on the lock itself. Does anyone know if I can buy a new model SG lock and swap it out for the defective one?

Make sure that you used a good alkaline battery. I had the same thing happen to me. It cleared up after I changed the battery.

Negative...I took the lock off the front bolts it hangs on to check it out.

Was hoping to get some ODT knowledge before calling them, I never registered and don't know where the receipt/proof of purchase is for warranty work...

I have tried energizer, I will get some duracells on the way home form work to try.

Call them anyway, ask for technical support, they'll still help, regardless of warranty status.

If you have a voltmeter, check the battery voltage. It should be 9.6 volts, on a 9v battery.
