Winchester's customer service is great. They are somewhere near Amarillo Texas so keep that in mind when you are calling during business hours. Otherwise they will walk you through step by step the process to get the door open and set your own code.

For what it's worth my Winchester beeps twice when it unlocks. Not sure why you are getting the correct beep sequence but the rods are not unlocking.

The only time is does 2 beeps is on 0-0-0-0-0-0

Beeps 3 on the default 1-2-3-4-5-6

Almost bought one 3 months ago . A customer informed me when I was looking at it to stay clear as he had issues .

About 3 months ago I had a local locksmith put a mechanical lock assembly in my Winchester safe. He told me that he gets a couple of jobs a week from Winchester to do warranty replacement of bad electronic locks.
