Marvin well made well designed knifes. Collector items. But very difficult to not use.

He was a real nice man, and my favorite knife maker, and not only because he was from Georgia. He just made really great knives that happened to be beautiful. Yep, it never crossed my mind not to use it. It is too good not to use.

I have an extensive knife collection, especially fixed blades, and I have at least one of more than half of the blades mentioned in this thread. Mora, Schrade, Buck, Case, etc...All good blades.

My 6 year old son is already building up his knife collection too. He really likes Buck knives. I may or may not have influenced him in that direction. Hehe...

His Buck Woodsman 102. He picked it out. It's a beauty.
