Ad rotation question

I have what may be an unusual question/request. Just as I clicked on "What's New" my eye caught the ad banner and a word or two piqued my curiosity. I clicked back but the banner had already changed(of course). So I spent the next 15 minuets clicking refresh trying to get the ad to pop back up.

My request is: Would it be possible to have a page somewhere where all the ads would be permanent so if you want to go to one specific ad you can find it? I have already visited several and if I liked them, bookmarked them but I often just pay them no mind.

I wonder if it tracks where you link in from. Like if I click on an ad link from ODT does it track that I came from ODT? Would matter if so since they may base their advertising exspenditure based on nomber of hits from a given source. I would prefer to visit ads that will benefit ODT than link to them from outside sites.

Don't know if it even matters but I'd prefer to benefit ODT whenever I can.

It tracks from where you click from or it does on my ad for g&l automotive repair. I can see how many from the site have visited.
