ATF HAS SUSPENDED PROPOSED BAN ON M855/SS109

Wrong, the Supreme Court just decided 9-0 that agencies aren't required to collect comments or even provide prior notifications of regulation change

Exactly so the fact that they backed off of this and didn't say F U and proceeded to ban it says what?

I am sure that the people who bought pallets of ammo will take a bath if they used credit card and did not sell it before interest accrued. Me, I could care less. I have been buying what I needed all along and did not sell any surplus or ammo from my stash. I guess I could have and still can if I want to finance future purchases. With the ammo market unstable as it is, I will just hold on to what I have. In the mean time you are welcome to buy, sell or beyatch about the situation all you want.

Life choices and priorities man.

More lunches like this VVV and I can open the door to this VVV more often

3 year effort...

1,900 pages discovered in a previous separate lawsuit. Over 200 Congressmen wrote the former head of ATF-went to a created position in the NFL, due to us.

ATF is currently refusing to provide the public's documents... Why?

Judicial watch recently filed a FOIA suit after the agency failed to respond to a May 14, 2018, FOIA request for the 1,900 documents about the Obama administration’s AR-15 ammo ban efforts.
