ATF - New Rule on private sales offirearms

Well that's about the same number as the lgbtqrs crowd. And they get days in schools and books and everything else. At least they're trying to treat us Fair.
The thing is is that if it's affecting less than 1% of the population does that mean 1% of the population is causing all the crime by selling guns to people they shouldn't have?
It falls back to the same thing. Gun free zones that won't allow you to carry a gun in them. And the police complaining because you left your gun in the car and a thief took it. If you go to a gun-free location respect the owner's wishes and leave your gun locked up in the car. A criminal knows that that's a gun-free location and goes there and gets the gun out of the car. So by trying to protect people from gun crime they're actually increasing gun crime. Also as a side note I use gun crime in their vernacular. It would actually just be a criminal using a gun.
We need to abolish government. At least curtail it a good bit. This **** has gotten way out of hand.

5 private sales per year makes you a gun dealer?
The old day's. The buyer or sailor. "I'll leave you feedback." The other buyer or sailor. "Thank's man I'll do the same!"

1 year from now. The buyer or sailor. "Dude please don't add any feedback for me." Buyer or sailor. "Yeah same here bro, I don't want to deal with the feds again."

So if my math is correct, by their own estimate this will effect less than 1/10th of 1% of the population. Why bother? Does anyone really believe they are trying to "stop gun violence" with this nonsense?
This has absolutely 0 to do with preventing "gun violence" and everything to do with more taxation, period.
They can call a man a woman and vice versa, but we all know what's really going on down below.

I think that's exactly how they want to increase "gun crime." The more the better (for them and their laws).

More problems need more increases in budgets to combat them. If "the law" was really interested in reducing "gun crime" they (DAs and LEOs) would arrest straw purchasers in pawnshops and gun stores when they buy them while their boos are standing right there with them pointing out "which nine dey should buy." Commit a crime with a gun? Go to jail, for 5 extra years or 10 as in the now forgotten Project Exile. If you are a Juvie, you go to YDC until you are 18 then you serve out the rest of your time in an adult gladiator school and your criminal conviction stays on your permanent record. The DA in Macon/Bibb will not prosecute a minor accused of or arrested for a crime while using a gun. She thinks they are "all goot chillrens who juss fell in wid de wrong crowd and she doan' want to hurt they chances at a productive life."

You would think so but I also know that they are doing their best to take licenses away from existing FFLs and also making it hard to get a license if you are wanting to start a new business so tell me how any of that makes sense?

Absolutely nothing anything they are doing makes sense.

Agreed. They are trying to tell people that if they sell any guns and make a profit they will require them to get a license that they will not let them have in the first place. All the while, with their zero tolerance policy, they are taking existing licenses away for something as simple as clerical errors. Catch 22?

Something tells me they already have this stamp made up in the same dimensions as the front page of the application form 7.
