The only time I called, they told me 6-9 months was normal. I got my cans last week in about 5 months including all the holidays. I was told by everyone that this is the standard answer and just be patient.

Finally got off my butt and completed my Form 4 for my can today. I think I screwed up though because I sent a money order for $200. From reading this forum it sounds like you guys all wrote personal checks so you could see when they were cashed. Guess all I can do is wait.and wait. and wait.

If you kept the receipt, you should be able to tell when it is cashed by calling the number on the receipt or by going to the web address listed.

What I don't understand is that with today's technology, why it takes 3-6 months to review and approve the damn paperwork.

Or why you can't check status online. Or why their website is just **** in general.
