ATF sending out cease and desist letter to gun group admin

It's pretty simple, fake or not. If your flipping a lot of weapons, claiming profit or not, eventually you will probably have issues. If the volume is there, even if your case is solid, do you really want to have to pay for an attorney. The majority here don't even come close and not worth our time even thinking about it.

Not that the administration wouldn't like to, but this sounds like a fake to me.
Besides the points mentioned above, this would violate the 'safe harbor' provision that prevent AOL from getting sued because you downloaded illegal porn across their links without them knowing it.
Unless this guy is knowingly facilitating criminal activity, issuing a letter like this would open up a whole can of First Amendment issues, which the media might actually report instead of burying.

Do a search on "ATF cease and desist letter" and you will find this one is consistant. You don't see the sig block at the bottom of the letter.

I have gotten official gub'ment correspondence with misspellings and grammer that would even Word on "easy" setting wouldn't pass. Of course it was from the VA so....
