In the first round? Not unless someone falls unexpectedly. I'd guess Ridder with a veteran backup for next season. If there's not good progress, I think Arthur Smith will be on the hot seat within a year.

I'm thinking stick with Ridder and see what he can do for a full season. They drafted him, so let's see how next year goes. He'll improve each week as he gains experience.

Plus - we'll have more cap space and can add better players to help him out.

Kinda hate to put in some journey-man QB that is on his 4th team in 6 years. Not sure that would be any better....
