Hill Top pawn out towards Loganville should be a good resource.
There is also a pawn shop on Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker (slightly outside Gwinnett) that has been there forever.

Hilltop was my spot when I lived in Gwinnett. Once got a non-cycling P95 for well under two bills out the door and with a little TLC and lube, it’s back in business.

It's not in your area, but forrest park army navy was getting evidence guns for a while, cases of them. Old jam-o-matics, Saturday night specials, busted revolvers. Could be worth a call and a trip. Still the only place I know of that sells new hi-point pistols.
