It just seems like scalping tickets to a sold out show. I see ODT as a bit of a community... And while I respect people selling things for whatever someone is willing to pay... when members do the price gouging here... I feel like it's stealing from family... Maybe that's just me, but it rubs me the wrong way when people buy and flip stuff here, clearly for profit, and when they do it specifically at a time like this, and charge 2x-3x what they paid, just to take advantage of the situation...

I bought a Ruger New Blackhawk .357 in stainless several months back. Someone was looking for one. I told him to make me an fair offer and he did. I then sold it to him for $25 less than he offered, and sold it to him for exactly what I paid for it here, 5 months ago. I didn't feel it was right to mark it up for Covid, just because I could.

I feel like in a community like this, that's how stuff should be... but like I said, my thinking on this is probably dated and out of touch... haha

Just checked the 6 closest stores. For some reason they are OOS at all of them.

I wonder why they do not have dozens of them in stock at all locations.

I think most reasonable people have figured out that we're all a part of the human race and our cultural differences can be settled peacefully through discussion with mutual respect. The people doing all the destruction and violence are ignorant and easily led. Certain elements of the media are using them as useful idiots.
