I do find that odd. I remember showing my ID to a guy who also showed me his for the first gun I ever bought through ODT. My DL doesnt have FELON or NON FELON printed across the front so what does that do ?
I sort of understand the BOS thing but it seems like the person buying is the only one with any legal exposure as the gun could be stolen.
