EMP and electronic gun safes...

This just occurred to me. Maybe it has been talked about, maybe not. If it has, sorry.

Anyway, if we were hit by EMP, how would those of us who have electronic safes, get to our guns?

We went to combination only safes. I know that doesn't help much for a gun safe where you need quick access to a handgun or rifle, but with practice a combination safe can be opened in just a few seconds. I can do mine in as little as 7 seconds.
