This is where I cant comment. Always wanted to play with an FAL. Never had the chance. Almost bought and traded for them but just never did.The HK-91 and PTR are good. But if you can only have one... do try an FAL before you decide. At least pick one up and manipulate it.

People mod the PTR to have a paddle release. My Mp5s have them. It does take getting use to using the mag release on the PTR.For me, I'd go with an x39 rifle. The ptr is a good shooter, but it's heavy and the ergos suck for me. A HK91 clone with the mythical paddle release would be nice but you don't see those that often.
