No. At least not 100%. And when it is okay, it's not a good idea. If it's personally owned for more than one year? Yes. They still must keep a record of actions/dates related to the acquisition and disposal/transfer to a non licensee. Is it legal for ffl licensed dealer to sell “used” firearms without form 4473 on odt and armslist? Why would you care what the FFL does with his property? He should be able to sell firearms without any license.
you looking to be a good citizen and snitch him out to the government?

Yes you can. No different than someone with a FFL. If your transferring from your FFL to yourself to sell off the books you will be breaking the law the same as someone who buys from a FFL to resell.NO, LMAO. Because I’m trying to be FFL dealer very soon, and i was wondering if i can still buy&sell&trade my surplus collection without involving 4473.
