they have these also.

It's definitely on my bucket list. Don't know how I'll afford it but I keep having faith. Crossed several things off the list the last couple of years that seemed to come out of nowhere when least expected. For instance, 3 months ago who knew I'd be on the defense team in a divorce proceeding explaining Sweetheart Felons, big butts and Monty Python skits. Crossed that one off the list this weekend. :pound:

Your honor "brackish waters" is really all that should have been needed to say.

Yeah, and you should note that this NFA specialist lawyer has left Mr. See's arrest and prosecution story up on his website for all readers to see and appreciate.

However, it's good to know that the follow up is that Mr. See ( Who was already previously convicted and sentenced to probation for selling illegal do -it-yourself silencer kits) was acquitted THIS TIME in a federal trial.

The jurors were not convinced that the silencer monocore that he was selling was in fact a silencer monocore, because ATF didn't complete the build and test the finished silencer with a decibel meter around !

I would've voted to convict him ---but maybe that would be improper because I would be using my specialized knowledge of silencers which is beyond typical laymans' experience and knowledge. Jurors are not supposed to bring their own specialized knowledge of the subject matter to the table, but instead should only rule on the case based on the evidence and testimony the judge has allowed into the record.
