Harley Davidson— NEED HELP.

Hey y’all,

I’ve got a 2013 street bob that I’ve been riding for some time now. The other day I stopped by the store to pick up some tools. I hopped on my bike to head home and the bike wouldn’t start. I ended up having to push start the bike in order to get home.
There is no clicking when I try to start the bike. Lights all work, starter button kicks fuel through the bike when I try to start it.

Battery is new (12.75v on multimeter)
Spark plugs are new
Battery terminals just cleaned and ground wires checked.
Fuses are all good.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong?

Does anyone have a code reader I could borrow?

I had a fuse between my starter and switch that took powered away from everything but starter, , but my motor was a 128

Is the starter spinning

Battery fully charged is 14, that’s a bench charge

Starter is not spinning. I looked at the main fuses and they are all good

Does your bike have a keyfob

No key fob, wish it did though

Unbolt battery connections then rebolt and see if it'll start.

I’ve unhooked the batteries several times, no luck in that case
