Help needed: '03 F-250 electrical issues...

Well as has been said here already, the batteries would be the first suspect, and the duralast are not a good choice of battery IMO. Regarding the lights staying on, they won't. I have seen many a bad door switch turn the light on hours after the vehicle was parked and locked up. Never assume.

What battery would you recommend? I just got the biggest ones that AutoZone had...

Hook up an amp meter and watch it while you unplug the glow plug module. I've had a lot of glow plug modules that stay on and never shut off after the truck is turned off. It will kill the batteries overnight if it doesn't ever shut off. It's on the passenger side valve cover with 2 plugs going into it.
