How do I reducing "warning points"? Like driver school to reduce points on DL?

If you click that, you'll see each warning given, whether it had a point assessed with it,
and if so, the expiration date when that point dropped off.

Now I have a question for everyone. Do all violations come with the same one point penalty, or do some things get you 2 or more points all at once?

do all 1- point penalties have the same length of time before that point drops off and the point is not counted against you, and can't contribute to suspending you?
