Sure..raise the price..makes nothing to me.
I have reduced offers I made in the past..

Recent real estate transaction..
i offer?..seller declines.I usually ask..are you sure you don't want my offer?..NO!
I raise my offer..declined
I raise again..decline
etc
etc..

ok..2 weeks later I offered less.
Then he really gets P/O..and I ask again..are yu sure you are declining my offer?..YES!

2 weeks later I offer less.(as he is screaming into the phone at me..i tell him if that P/O wait 2 more wekks!)

The highest I got was I offered $150,000 all cash and was turned down.(I really wanted the place)

I called the guy and even offered to bump it $1 so he could save face and not accept a lowered offer..NOPE

3months later and 3 lower offers I got a call..would I go back up to $150k?(I was now at $112,000

No..but I will raise my last offer that you turned down by $1

He accepted..i bought the house for $112,001.

The Bealtles once turned down $15,000,000million for song rights..(should have took it)
6months later they accepted $4.5M as the band broke up..

Sometimes when you get a good offer..TAKE IT!

But as far as raising a price?..ive done it..works both ways..
If it had a fair price but you were waiting on it to go even lower?..you lost.
Should have bought it.
