Cold weather and beef stew go hand-in-hand; but that has always been a problem for me. I just can't seem to enjoy beef unless it is cooked rare. Enter the other white meat....Found a recipe for a stew that uses pork chunks instead of beef...it also uses a bottle of Guinness Stout...how can that be bad?
