Jumper cable issue

I think the thread title should be "Care and storage issue."

Good grief.

I've got the same pair of cables I bought in high school. Still have the heavy duty plastic bag they have ridden in their entire life. Been to Maine, the Keys, and Texas. Transferred between a dozen of so vehicles. Jumped off countless RV's, cars, trucks, even a tractor and one back hoe. Always wiped down and put back in the bag. What's the saying? An ounce of prevention, something, something, something?

Cost effective? Aren't cables like 10 bucks...? Probably almost as cheap as replacement leads.

Good ones? No, more like $75-$100

You can reuse the clamps maybe. Get a set of welder wires.

I had a few people offer to send me some mags for my AR build but I have 5 and thought I did not need them, well it turns out that only 2 of the 5 mags I have will fit my lower, someone gave me 11 rounds of ammo in a COLT AR15 mag yesterday and it fits my lower perfect. I have only 2 mags now...
