LEAVING A NEGATIVE

Someone or everybody please explain to me if you can leave a negative on someone because they didn't answer a p.m....reason I ask is because I just saw where member left another member a negative mark because HE NEVER ANSWERED HIS P.M.

Negative, you can not leave a negative for a negative/non existent response. The member that received the negative can appeal the negative and have the negative removed.

Ok omega I just looked at both parties profiles and now I see where it went sideways....it looks like it could've been fixed by a mod....thanks OMEGA
