Terrible picture but I picked up this 1978 Marlin 39M today. Yes, the scope has already been removed. I have a Williams FP off my 1894 I was going to install but it’s wayyyy too wide.
Guess I need to order a Skinner for it.

Marlin 1894cst, now with a ranger point precision loading gate. Set up with a silencerco ASR mount for quick quiet. Came with factory ghost ring sights, but debating a red dot of some flavor or a scout scope with QD rings...

That’s an awesome setup. I’ve used the XS Leverscout rail on an 1895 that I used to own. It had the backup ghost ring irons to boot and I loved the option of having them should an issue with my optics arise.
I currently have a Vortex 2-7x32 scout scope on a 30/30 of mine and I absolutely love it. It’s a good optic for the money.

Iv'e got matching Winchester 94's with consecutive serial numbers in a rifle and carbine configuration... 1967 Canadian Centennial.... still have the original boxes. Not my pics but they look just like these and are in great condition. Pretty cool eh? Too bad they’re Canadian.

Anyway, I don’t know if these are worth much. Can anyone comment?
