Metal detecting finds

My son and I went metal detecting at Treehawk property and had an absolute blast! He is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He let us beep around his beautiful property and here are some of the things we found. Several old shot shells spent bullets and square nails. I’m sure we didn’t scratch the surface seeing as we are just learning our machines and there wasn’t enough time in the day to cover everything. We can’t wait to go back and find the buried silver and gold. Thanks again Treehawk !

My son got a Garrett ace 250 two Christmas’s ago and Santa got me a Minelab vanquish 440 this past Christmas and it’s been tough finding time to go but when we do It’s always good fun. I need to invest in a good pinpointer. My son (9yo) bought a profind 35 with his own money and I’ve got a knockoff Garrett carrot for $30 off Amazon. It’s ok but nowhere near the profind. It’s safe to say were hooked
