Western owned the super x brand until they were purchased by Winchester.
The yellow box with red lettering with the Western branding was sold from the late 1940 until the 60s when the brands were merged.
So 60 to 75 years old would be a good guess.
Have been told they are collectible to some folks.

I like to use every 410 hull I can find multiple times until they are no longer safe to reload so I can't help out with the collectible part or value
