ER doctor wrote him an excuse for yesterday & today, hopefully they'll hold his job so he can start tomorrow. So many employers just don't care about workers nowadays it wouldn't surprise me if they told him to pound sand. It's not like he was an established worker who had been there a while, yesterday would've been his first day if this crap hadn't happened.

My wife called yesterday morning, I wanted my nephew to call this morning but the Doc gave him a few pain pills and he's been mostly knocked out since yesterday. He can't handle those pills I guess.
